Laura Linney
Laura Linney was born in New York, New York on the 5th of February, 1964. Linney is an American actress who is known for her ability to portray tough characters, but also fragile. Linney is from a theatre-loving family. Her father, Romulus Linney, was a writer. Linney received her degree at Brown University in 1986 and then went on to study at the Arts Theatre School in Moscow as well as graduated from the Juilliard School (M.F.A.) in New York City in 1990. She was in New York City when she began the beginning of her Broadway career. Her work was highly praised, including the two shows Hedda Gabrieller and Six Degrees of Separation.
